60,000 domain name registrations in Kazakhstan

      The Minister of Communication and Information Askar Zhumagaliyev announced at the session of the board of Department that Kazakhstan reached 60,000 domain name registrations . Kazakhstan reached reached these days 60,000 .kz domain name registrations.

      "In 2010 daily visits to Kazakhstan sites reached 12.3 million people. The volume of advertising revenues in KazNet rose to USD 6 mln. we understand, the we have great potential, because all conditions are created",said Askar Zhumagaliyev.

      Moreover,according to Kazinform,Askar Zhumagaliyev also said that the volume of advertising revenues in Internet will increase by 20 percent.

      At the session of the board Askar Zhumagaliyev also told everyone that there are now 4.3 million Internet users in Kazakhstan.
