It was nice to see that Fix.com got sold after its Flippa auction. It hit $718,500 in bidding at Flippa, then was sold outside of the platform for $850,000 shortly thereafter.

The buyer appears to be the Eldis Group, which "operates a family of DIY web sites including PartSelect.com, PartSelect.ca, EasyApplianceParts.com and ApplianceHelp.com." "We provide consumers with the parts and know-how to fix their major home appliances themselves". This is a nice 2011 article on the Canadian company's background. Looks like the domain is a perfect fit – congrats to them on the acquisition.

Back to Flippa, and looking forward over the next week, a couple names that have hit reserve and will sell include H6C.com ($951) Want.info ($901), Hackster.com ($756), Y6.org ($510) and 8IZ.com ($200).

A few that haven't met reserve yet include Homeland.com ($5,555), ADQ.com ($2,950), and Concerning.com ($1,000).
