Yahoo has filed a UDRP complaint at World Intellectual Property Organization against the owner of 4Yahoo.com domain name .According to whois records the domain name was first registered in 2010.

The Panel will examine three elements in order to decide if the disputed domain names should be cancelled or transferred :

1. The disputed domain names are identical or confusingly similar to a trademark or service mark in which Sears has rights

2. The respondent has no rights or legitimate interests in respect of the disputed domain names

3. The respondent registered and used the disputed domain names in bad faith

The case is still pending compliance checks with the World Intellectual Property Organization.
