Outsourced web hosting support provider Server Sitters announced on Thursday that it has launched its new satellite operations facility in Northern California.

Headquartered in Prince Edward Island, Canada, Server Sitters also has an office in Grandville, Michigan, and the new west coast satellite office will enable it to offer “an elite level of customer service” to its clients.

“With our client base and business growing rapidly, we will continue to work in the best interests of our customers. This new facility will ultimately translate to an even higher level of service and support for our customer base,” Adam Gallant, director and CEO of Server Sitters said in a statement.

“When we attended our first HostingCon, we found that a good prospective market for business enhancement would include adding a facility on the west coast of the United States, and soon thereafter, decided that northern California would be our first step in this direction,” Gallant added. “Server Sitters has been expanding at a high rate over the last few years, and this is an important milestone in our ongoing expansion plans. I feel proud to be a big part of Server Sitters.”

Server Sitters also hinted at the continuation of its “aggressive global expansion strategy.” It currently serves web hosting companies in the US and Canada, so its expansion plans could take it overseas, although it hasn’t shared a concrete strategy yet.

In addition to providing outsourced support for web hosting providers, Server Sitters recently launched a website design service for web hosts to offer their clients, including complete design, layout and content overhauls, minor modifications, and social media development and video creation.

Server Sitters offers outsourced support in English, and recently added French language support as well. Its services include branded telephone support, help desk support, live chat support, and server monitoring so customers “have no reason to think another company is involved in handling support.”
