Georg Streit has won a domain name case against Tu Nguyen for Femjoy.xxx .Georg Streit submitted a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over the disputed domain name. According to whois records,the disputed domain name was registered by Tu Nguyen,on December 6,2011,the day ICM Registry made the extension available for public sale .

The WIPO (World International Property Organization) decided Georg Streit has rights to the domain name and ordered the domain name to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant in ten days.

The domain name does not currently resolve to a website .
