BGZ S.A. has recently filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over the disputed domain name BGZ.XXX . This is the 16th UDRP case filed for a .XXX domain name.

The other 15 are : Valero.xxx,Heb.xxx,Markafoni.xxx,RichardBranson.xxx,FoxStudios.xxx,Borcelik.xxx,Borusanholding.xxx,DenizBank.xxx,FinansBank.xxx,KayJewelers.XXX,Femjoy.xxx,UTSystem.xxx,BaylorGirls.xxx,HemNet.xxx and TDBank.xxx.

According to whois records the domain name was regiastered by Krzysztof Pachowicz on December,7,2012,one days after the CM Registry made the extension available for public sale .

The domain name does not currently resolve.

The case is still pending compliance checks at the National Arbitration Forum.
