The Russian computer security company Kaspersky submitted a complaint with the National Arbitration Forum, asserting legal rights over the Kaspersky.us domain name. According to whois records,the domain name registrant is Paul Bonsey. Moreover,the disputed domain name was registered about six years ago,in 2004.

      Kaspersky owns trademark registrations for the "Kaspersky" mark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.Therefore,the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark.

      The case is still pending compliance checks at National Arbitration Forum.
