The British high fashion house,Jimmy Choo Ltd. ,has filed for arbitration to get the domain name JimmyChooShop.net.
The fashion house filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center asserting legal rights over the disputed domain name.Jimmy Choo owns many trademark registrations for the "Jimmy Choo" mark.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark.
According to whois records the domain name registrar is Kolokolova Alexandra from Paris.
Moreover,the domain name resolves to a websites that features an online store.The online store offers both Jimmy Choo products and products from Jimmy Choo competitors.
