Donald Trump,the famous business men,has recently filed a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over three domain names. The three domain names are: trumpinternationalscotland.com,trumpscotland.com and trumpuk.com.
      According to whois records,the disputed domain names were registered by William Davidson.

      All three disputed domain names resolve to a website which advertise a webdesign company. For example.at www.trumpscotland.com displays the following message:
      "TRUMP SCOTLAND IS YET ANOTHER DOMAIN NAME OPTIMISED AS STANDARD FOR PROMOTION REQUESTED BY W3c FOR ACCESSIBILITY INITIATIVE  AND VALIDATION.
      WE ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF DOMAIN NAMES SUCH AS HTTP://WWW.TRUMPSCOTLAND.COM OF WHICH THIS IS JUST ONE OF MANY OF OUR WEBSITES THAT WILL BE VALIDATED."
      The case is still pending compliance checks at WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center.
